The Role:
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with O.Z.’s existing customers and ensuring that we are meeting or exceeding their expectations. The Account Manager will also be focused on developing or renewing preventative maintenance contracts and identifying new installation/retrofit business from existing customers. When new work is identified, the Account Manager will work with the existing sales team to determine scope, estimate the project and draft contracts. The Account Manager will also be expected to attend trade shows and perform system demonstrations for prospective customers. We are looking for a candidate with customer-facing experience in addition to strong technical competence in the building controls industry. The candidate must be willing to travel locally to visit customer locations.
Qualified candidates will have the following attributes:

Minimum of a 2-year Associates Degree in BAS Systems, HVAC or a related field

Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

Self-motivated and hard-working as this position will have a high level of autonomy

Technical competence and the ability to interact with customers on a technical level

The ability to work independently as well as on a team
