The Role:

 

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Installation Commissioning Technician. The Installation Commissioning Technician will be responsible for the inspection of new system installations, which includes verification that all system components were installed to meet customer specifications. The Installation Commissioning Technician will install and load field equipment controller (FEC) software into individual panels/controllers and inspect and validate the web-based database including graphics and the data trending, alarming and scheduling features. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing system component failures. End-user training is also an important component of the role. 

 

Qualified candidates will have the following attributes:

• Minimum of a 2-year Associates Degree in BAS Systems, HVAC or a related field

• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

• Strong computer skills with experience using Office, Word and Excel

• The ability to work independently as well as on a team
