Pneumatic (local area)

O.Z. Enterprises' Steamfitters are members of the Steam Fitters Union - Local 449. Our customers can be assured that their pneumatic installation we provide meets and conforms to all codes, both local and national.

The steamfitter foreman is responsible for the installation of pneumatic and DDC / pneumatic control systems. The steamfitter foreman is also responsible for scheduling work and coordinating completion dates with mechanical contractors.

Electrical (local area)

O.Z.'s Electricians are members of the Electricians Union - Local 5. Our customers can be assured that their electrical installation meets and conforms to all codes, both local and national.

The electrical foreman is responsible for installation of electrical and DDC electric control systems. The electrical foreman is also responsible for scheduling work and coordinating completion dates with the mechanical contractors.

Outside Local Area 

​

Most major control companies divested themselves of in-house installation forces several years ago to minimize their financial risk. They typically competitively bid the installation work for each project with the price being the prime consideration. O.Z. never awards an installation sub-contract based solely on price. Being a small company, O.Z. has the flexibility to operate in the best possible way for both the company AND the customer.
