Preventative Maintenance is an integral part of the service business that O.Z. Enterprises provides for its customers. Our pneumatic service fitters and DDC service technicians provide this maintenance to ensure that our customers' Energy Management Systems are performing to proper operating specifications, which results in optimal energy savings.

Pneumatic Service Fitters 

 

O.Z.'s pneumatic service fitters are responsible for ensuring that customers' pneumatic temperature controls are functioning and calibrated properly. The following require routine calibration and maintenance:

• Room thermostats 

• Pneumatic damper actuators, valves, etc. 

• Pneumatic unit vents

• Tuning of control loops 

• Control air compressors

• Refrigerated dryers

• All filters associated with air compressors and dryers

• Diagnosing problems with mechanical systems

DDC Service Technicians 

 

O.Z.'s DDC service technicians ensure that customers' Energy Management Systems are performing to proper operating specifications. The following require routine calibration and maintenance:

• Temperature sensors 

• Electronic damper and control valve actuators 

• Tuning of control loops 

• Checking proper termination on boards, starters, VFDs, etc. 

• Ensuring proper lead/lag pump operation 

• Correcting problems with system communications 

• Checking software and resolving any software issues 

• Ensuring regular database backups 

• Diagnosing problems with mechanical systems
